Poor build quality

I have yet to gig with the snare trigger, and the panel mount xlr connector has come apart. They are not Neutrick connectors. They have a logo that is suspiciously similar but different to Neutrick. I've since replaced it with a quality Neutrick panel mount XLR. In addition, the piezo pickup that was glued to the inner wall separated around the same time. I have less than 10 rehearsals on this, and I don't even take it on and off the drum.

I can't comment on the other triggers yet, but I can assume the same quality of connector will require replacement.

The snare trigger itself has performed as expected. I am using it with a mesh head on the snare drum with good results, and have had success with the kick trigger and toms.

I like the product, just not the time and money I have to spend bringing it up to professional standards. Make this the low end trigger kit, and sell a professional version at a different price point.

These triggers work just great on my Yamaha kit that I use in the studio, I have never seen another thing like it. I run a 300 watt power amp to push a 5 15 bass bottomm plus the sound from the accustic drums the rest of the boys have no problem feeling the drums. These suckers are as we use to say "Far Out Man"

I put these on my acoustic set pluged them in to my TD8 roland controller and they work great. No extra muffling needed. My drums sound huge and are a blast to play.

I've been running these triggers with an Alesis DM5 Module. I've always tuned my toms with no muffling for a wide open sound, a zero ring on my snare if needed (depending on the room) and a PowerStroke III bass drum head, with a bath towel for muffling. I had a few issues with double triggering when I first set these up, but after getting comfortable with them..I was able to tweak them without a problem! No additional muffling needed at all...and the best thing is that I can still hear the great acoustic sound out of my drums from behind the set! I'd recommend these to anyone, without hesitation!

Great Triggers

Great Triggers! little if any false trigger. The only problem I have had is the bass drum doesn't always keep up on double bass patterns.
