Great sounding kit

I bought this set for my Daughter's birthday and I was very pleasantly surprised. The snow white Ash Set looks much better in person than in the picture. I have a Gretsch set with a 24" bass drum and bigger toms, and I have to say, I think this set sounds better and was cheaper. The 20" bass sounds incredible and I love the shallow toms. For the price, you definitely cannot go wrong. The stock heads of course will have to be replaced. I am very pleased with this kit.

this kit is pretty nice.i got it in the red burst but its not as it looks in the picture,its an all red shiny kit with a reall dark red on the outside of the shells.the stock heads on the toms sound horrible to me and my friends that tried them but the kick drum and snare heads are okay to keep for a while till u can afford new ones.the tom legs, kick drum spurs, tom mount, hoops, and lugs are really nice if u ask me.so overall its a good kit for the money

This kit is hands down the best value in a kit i have ever had. die cast hoops and ash wood make it great. everything on this kit just sings. the toms r outstanding, the bass is mean, and the snare is fat so u can tune it either way. great kit overall. and 4 this price BUY IT!!!!!!!

I just received my ddrum ash pocket today and I gotta say that I was quite surprised! Even though the set only comes with stock head, the set has a warm tone! I can say though that with my package most of the stock heads were already bent and out of shape and I can say that the RIM mount is peculiar, to say the least. Nevertheless, the die cast rims makes tuning a lot easier than with triple flanged. And the snare has a wonderful pop to it.

I have owned this kit now for almost a year. I play three to four shows a weekend with it, & it has held up, not one problem have I had with this kit. If you don't know ash wood it might take you a few tries with different heads till you find the sound you are looking for, but it is Great!!! The kick drum is fantastic & the floor toms sound incredible!!! I have been playing for 26 years & I'm extremely happy with this kit! Do yourself a favor & go buy one now!
