I own the 10" K Custom Dark Splash. It is one of the most musical splashes I have heard. It is not too much, and not too little when it comes to sound. It cuts when it needs to, but yet can be very subtile. I would recommend this cymbal to anyone who wants a splash that does not overpower, but gets its point across.

I've had a 10 inch for a couple years now. It was the best sounding splash in the music store. Also the most expensive. It's definately a dark, warm little cymbal. It's really thin and not exceptionally loud. But it's been a great addition to my set. It also works great as a hand cymbal for miscellaneous drumming. I recommend it.

This splash creates a great warm sound, its good for softer playing, it penetrates through the sound of guitars and other instruments well, Pieces will start to chip off if you abuse it, I found that to be true when our bassist was complaining about things hitting him in the head during practice, it ended up being peices of my K-custom splash.

This is an awesome splash. I walked into a store looking for a splash and I took every cymbal off the shelf and hit it. I picked out a 10" splash because of its sound. It's worth the money!
