nothing else can describe this cymbal. i have the 16 and the 18, they blend well together and fit into anything. ive had the 16 since may and it projects very well and i got the 18 yesterday and im certain it to will project well if not better than the 16, it has a little more body to it. both are great for accents and full bodied rides. i know that websites say that the sound of their products is inspiring, but ive actually been inspired by the sound of these bad boys. i reccomend this to anyone for any style.

I love the bright, buttery sound of this little crash. It has a nice quick attack and pretty much lives up to its name...."fast crash". It really blends well with any other a custom and adds a new brighter sound to your arsenal. I had one dissapointment tho....this crash doesn't put out a ton of volume during live performances. The sound in the studio is great but u just don't get the volume u need to keep up with full stack amps. but a Great buy for the price!

I bought the 18" back in March '09 and have to say it is very nice. It has a beautiful tone that is rich and fits nicely into any of the styles of music to which I've been playing. It shimmers like glass with great higher tones and rich low tones, and responds to the softest playing. The only complaint I have of this cymbal is that it does not project very well relative to the rest of the A Customs I have and have heard, and I'm afraid to wail on it for fear of easy cracking. If you're wanting a low, dark crash or a loud center crash, this ain't it. If you want a cymbal that will sing, even loudly, without needing it to scream, this is it.

i was at mi music shop and i tapped on evrey cymbal. i lightly tapped on this and it was loud compared to what i play (sabian b8) then i gave it a herd hit and i almost fell down. then i saw it closer and my eyes went so big They could have fallen out this cymbal is SICK

The band im in did some recording and the 15" was one of the cymbald I got to use. And my heart melted when I heard the sound. Amazing! For the style of music I play it was perfect! A great clear crash sound with a nice sustain that was not to much or to little. What a great cymbal! A+
