Great drums. They have a nice warm tone and the birch shells are fantastic. I was blown away by the sound of the kick. Its the sound ive been looking for a while now. I have the natural wood finish and it looks incredible. This set is a must buy for this price.

It is a little odd that it comes with a 10" 12", then a 16"? Nothing wrong with that, it just puzzled me. Overall it is a great kit, and like the person above me said, no cutting corners. For the cost you won't regret getting this kit

Yamaha's ALL BIRCH SHELL kit SOUNDS AMAZING! This is one well put together kit, from top to bottom NO CUTTING CORNERS HERE, These shells sound as good on stage as they do in the studio, Props to yamaha, plus the fade raven black finish looks almost transparent under good lighting >very impressed<
