The Valkyrie is a collection piece but at the same time is super tool, the sound is warm, big crack, no matter what tunnig is super sensitive and no de-tunning, I buy one a month ago and in the studio or in the gigs sound super, if you have the money go for it.

I have to say this is one beautiful drum, both in looks and sound. I was COMPLETELY satisfied with all phasaes, from tuning way down, to an almost table top high, to rim shots... I could go on and on. Buy it, you'll LOVE it!!

First, lets talk about the sound, since the shell is so thick(13mm, 15plys of maple) it gives you a high pitched sound, and it sounds super great. Its probably the most beautiful snare i have set my eyes on with the crystals it looks even cooler. It is also handcrafted in japan. looks better in person. 5 star snare. the case is also very sturdy and padded. 5 stars..
