This drumset is well worth the money. The bass drum is very loud and deep and the toms(even with the stock heads) sound incredible. The snare is incredible, There is nothing negative I can say. Great Work Tama!

This is a great drum kit! I played a Rockstar custom for four years and sold it for a newer kit. I wasn't going to get another Tama but after reading about this kit and the features, the price was just too right. It has die cast hoops, shallow toms (which are nearly impossible to find) and killer sound. The bass drum is nice and fat. All the toms sing! The only down side is the hybrid wood. It takes away the clarity a bit. It's tolerable and it really only effects thinner heads. (I play coated 2 ply Evens) But the overall sound is second only to a full pro kit. I get allot of compliments on the looks of it too! I highly recommend this kit! You will not be disappointed!
