Bought a pair of these for my two DW 9000's. The left one (less use) is still OK, but the felt split in two on the right one after just a few months use! They look flashy and sound OK, but not better than the originals that came with the DW 9000's. WAY overpriced. Slug...take notice! Spend a couple of bucks on some better felt and glue!!!

I tried a lot of beaters, but this one tops them all. Made my kick drum sound like a cannon! I use the flat side. I have a heavy foot and I have no impressions on my head from wear like other beaters. It's one of the few products that meets the hype.
