Perfect Crash

This crash cymbal is the perfect bright sound with a perfect sustain. It is ideal for studio playing.I have the 14" and it's really nice. I will be getting a 16" very soon. This studio sound is a bit warmer than the other AAX products and that gives this crash a lot of versatility. I don't play metal or hard rock, I'm more of a funk, reggae and some alternative guy and this crash is ideal for me.

I've got to tell ya,I've had the brilliant 16" for at least 7 or 8 years and is still my main go-to cymbal. I't shows some keyholing, but still looks and sounds awsome. I record with it and use it on the big stage. I'ts never failed to deliever that perfect sound.

If theres anything to say about this cymbal, its that it'll stand up to anything, and sound good doing it. I've had mine for about three years, and lemme tell ya, it still sounds amazing even after me punding on it for all those years. The only thing is, if you use painted sticks theyll mark it up quite alot, so just lightly sand off the paint on the tips. Perfect for heavy hitters.

I've always been A fan of Sabian cymbals and for good reason. I currently own the 14" in natural finish and it's great. It's a little darker than I thought it would be but it's still bright and cuts through just fine, great tone just a wonderful crash. Just a warning to hard hitters though it's thin so if you don't have good technique you might want to check out some of the other models but for me I can't wait to get the 16" as well.
