I have owned this crash for 6-7 years and it is one of my favourite cymbals. I am a Zildjian man all the way but I always plan in having one of these in my arsenal. I dont think Zildjian makes one comparable to it. Beautiful and extraordinarily musical!!!

I bought one of these several years ago, and it quickly became my favorite cymbal in my collection. Sharp attack, crisp brilliant sound, and a quickly fading sustain. It's definitely a need-driven cymbal, if you want something that sounds brilliant and bright and will fade out quickly, look no further. I've tried other Sabian sound control cymbals and this is easily my favorite.

Just got this new 14" sound control AA crash and was not sure at first I made the right decision on the purchase, I was wrong!! This is a great cymbal to add to your setup. The crash is very well pichted and sharp. Not much sustain but thats what I was looking for. I am using it as a splash/crash and wow!! It's great. Well worth it to add as an accent. The flanged edge does not tear up sticks to bad. Sabians have a very unique sound and are well worth the price. I will purchase other Sabian produces. Thanx Sabian, great job!!!
