I have had my AA metal crash for just about a year I guess. It cracked the other day. I cant remember where I bought it .. So Sabian will not do anything to help me. Its going in the trash can. Im not happy. Oh ya, I broke it with a Vic Firth 7a

I've had this thing for probably 3 or 4 years now and the thing is lasting great. Its thick and heavy, and can really take a beating. I wouldn't say sound-wise it's the greatest crash I've heard or anything, but its definitely better than most lower end cymbals.

Last year I bought the Sabian AA Metal-X Crash Pack with AA Metal-X Splash. Both my son and I have a reputation for playing LOUD and hitting HARD! I must say that I was reluctant to buy Sabian but not any more. I've been playing drums for 38 years and have cracked more cymbals than you can shake a stick at! I was a Zildjian man before buying Sabian but not any more. Great job Sabian you have passed the ultimate test!

This cymbal is probably the best ever. i have the 19 inch and i use it as my main cymbal in my hardcore band. this thing is so loud cuts through everything. i am looking forward to buying the 20 inch as my ride. this is very low priced and worth every penny. GET IT NOW

I just got the 18" from a music shop and I must say this is a truly amzing cymbal. It is very loud with a nice heavy sound and feel. I use AHEAD synthetic sticks which makes the cymbal very focused and articulated. The bell is great if you dont have the money for a good ride. Sharp and loud, a little bright though this is perfect for the style of metal I play.
