This cymbal is AMAZING. I just got it today. Shipping took 2 business days. The cymbal feels a little thin, which I like, but probably wouldn't be a good choice for heavy hitters. The decay is incredible. This cymbal delivers a perfect "attack" sound, but also has a nice bell ring.

I just got this crash today and it has an unbelievable sound. It's loud but has a short sustain and is very bright. This is by far my favorite crash.

For the logest time, this was my very favorite cymbal, and I got it for a really good price, but it broke after about a year. It sounds wonderful, and is quite versatile, but it is sadly fragile. If you hit hard, find a heavier cymbal, or be prepared to replace it routinely.

I love this cymbal. The bright explosive crash is perfect for the type of music I play, a kind of rock ska punky mixture. Sadly, it broke after less than a year of use, maybe eight months, however I've kept using it and it still sounds pretty good four months after I broke it, although the crack is quite abit bigger. I'm probably going to buy a new one even after I cracked this one, but I'll get the warrenty this time. I recommend you do the same if you buy this.

I don't know what the low ratings are for, I got this crash for christmas a few years ago, and I love it! It's held up very well, even though I transport it around quite a bit, and only has a few scratches on its beautiful finish. It is surprisingly bright for such a large diameter, but also has a rich deep tone, not to mention the great projection. It's also one of the most sensitive crashes I've ever used, with almost no overtones. Even playing extremely soft with brushes or thunder rods, or thrashing on a punk song, it still produces a great sound both ways.
