Great features for the price!

The SP 4-Piece Drum Set has features that you would typically find on a drum kit costing twice the price. Ready-to-gig out of the box and on to the stage. Drum shells are made from 6-ply 7.5mm cross-laminated Asian mahogany and feature a 45-degree bearing edge for clear, focused sound. Shell sizes include 20" x 16" bass drum, 12" x 9" tom tom, 14" x 12" floor tom, and 5" x 13" snare drum.

Stands are double-braced with triple chrome plating for greater stability and superior finish. Upgraded die-cast claw hooks and tension casings help ensure proper tuning and durability. The bass drum pedal uses a pro style chain drive that provides solid, powerful, consistent feel and response.

Great Kit

I got this kit seven months ago and i love it. I play on it an hour a day. The stock heads are perfectly fine, though they're a bit dented. They sound decent with a bit of tuning. The bass drum resonates badly so i recommend new heads. Other than that, great set!

Its really a sweet set. I mean, sure, its only a 4 piece, if you want more, then buy a double bass add on pack. The heads aren't really THAT bad. People just over react, since they aren't the best, when really, a bit of tuning is all that you need.On a side note: don't judge the set because of the picture. I thought that it looked puny at first, but once I got it assembled, it was pretty big. Overall, this set is a must-buy for anyone looking for quality in a cheap set.

This kit is alright. I immediatly had to replace the heads because ot o fthe box they were cracked. Other than that it sounds okay with the new heads.

got the set for real cheap to get back into drumming. of course stock skins are not the greatest but what do you expect other than that have no complaints.

i got this drum kit about 5 months ago and its still holding up very well considering its price. this was the first kit ive had and it dosent sound terrible. the heads will need to replaced immeditaly and the spurs will not stay put. other than that, this is a good kit.
