A quality set that fits anywhere. Awesome for practicing and decent for small gigs/jamming. Very responsive and sensitive. The different sets included are decent, nothing too exotic, but still very entertaining and great sound quality. The double bass feature is a bonus. I got it for my dorm room and I have never regretted it, and plugging in headphones means practicing all night long. perfect for a drummer with limited space.

im 23 and have been playing drums for like 7 years now and im not a fan of electronic sets that much.., but i must say i really like the size of this set, when i moved to vancouver it was perfect size for my 1 bedroom apartment. its not as quite as they say it is but it is quieter then all the other roland sets. im happy with my set other then the drum kit sounds, most of them are electronic sounding, i only use 2 of them and those 2 are "OK". i would recommend this set anyone needing to practice a lot that lives in an apartment or suite. ( i only get to use my acoustic set at band practice and live shows)... over all its a great set to practice on!!!

I just started playing drums and I wanted a kit. My parents said I couldn't have an acoustic kit so I got this. Ive had it for 2 months now and I like it. The only thing is that there aren't that many different sounds, like other electronic kits. Overall I like the kit though. It's compact and can fit in small spaces.

I use the HD 1-V Lite for home recording and it does it's job. I'm impressed with the sound quality, escpecially considering the size and compactness. If I could change one thing, I'd add a volume control for the ride symbol and hi hat. They tend to be a little low in comparisong to everything else. I don't use the techno-sound effects but at this price, I don't feel like I paid a lot for things I won't use. Well worth it!

It is in ok electic set. The pedals, I don't like that much when you are playing the double bass on it, the drum sets are ok, the double bass one sucked couse on of the racks toms was a fairy tail kinda noise and I hated that sound, I played it for about a month and I did not like it.
