These pads trigger perfectly and are built like a tank as advertised. I've never had a single issue with any of my PD-85 pads. As with all mesh pads, they are also fairly quiet; they sound kind of like hitting a hi-hat when the module is turned off.

I've owned my TD-12 V-drums for almost a year now and I am VERY happy with the mesh pads(8") that this set comes with. Nice feel and response. Love the pads and love the TD-12 kit!!
