Hey, This is a great set!! I just got it a few days ago and set it up. The Tom mounts are a little difficult to put together (especially because the instructions are horrible), but I enjoy it. DO BE AWARE that this IS ONLY a SHELL pack, that means that the cymbals, stands, and extra hardware do not come with it. Not even the Snare stand. I have not yet gotten new heads yet, but the heads I do have are ehh...ok, I will not say they are great, but they are not completely useless. Overall, I like this set, its pretty with the white shells and black hardware that does come with it.

It is great for the price. I suggest you buy it.

I got this kit for my birthday about a year ago, and I am not impressed at all. The toms are horrible. Even after tuning and muffleing in every way possible, the bass drum sounds like someon hitting a piece of wood. and the snare drum sucks! I muffled it, dampened it, and every thing and it is horrible. I recommend saving up for a pearl, tama, or truth drumset. do not waste your time on this one.

This drum kit blew me away. NO JOKE!. i bought this set from a friend because i wanted to get a new drum kit in my house and he was gonna either throw it away or sell it to someone and i sayd what the heck so i bought it and wow. my Pearl Masters Custom sounds just like it people who say this set is bad dont know anything about drums. Get new heads, new hardware as in Cymbals,Stands,Snarestands,Heads DEFINETLY new heads and a bass pedal and this set is perfect. no doubt this set can be played for a pro at a low price.

I got this drums for my birthday 4 or so months ago, It's very good for the price. The Ride and Crash aren't that bad but the Hi-Hat is really bad. Also the drum heads get bumps easily, I recommend to get new drum heads. Except for the Bass drums with some tape and a pillow you can get an awesome bass drum. The snare is good for the price i changed all heads except for the bass drum. This is an awesome drum-set for a beginner if you wanna get better drums you should get Ludwig or PDP.

this Kit is great for someone starting out. i had it for two years, my hihat stand broke after a couple of months, my bass pedal broke after a couple of months, my hihat crack after a couple of months.

BUT hey its a starter kit so its a good deal, an after a year or two youll want a new one to sound better,,, i have replaced this kit an giving it to a friend who is starting,
