its ok but the bass drum did not impress me, everything else is 8 out of 10 of the set. Like the metalic blue color on the drum it makes it look like a good drum set or something. Anyway about the bass drum its not strong like other's, sounds weak which i didnt like but everything else was ok. it was worth it except the bass drum.

I got this set because I did not want to spend too much, but I feel like I paid a lot less than what I should have! This is a great set for all types of drummers.

I just bought this shell pack, it is better then i tought it would be. if u buy this, be sure to replace the stock heads they sound like crap!!!! i replaced mine with Remo Ambasador coated heads on top and clear on bottom, sounds way better. i only bought this for the shell pack and suspention mounts, not the heads and hardware. i also aaded the 10 inch tom to make it a 6 piece kit. way better!!!!!!!!

I've had the pulse 5-piece kit since I started drumming 5 years ago. No, they aren't the best-sounding drums in the world, and a lot of the hardware and cymbals and heads that come with it are total crap, but that's how it is with any kit you buy. 2 years into the ownership I bought all new remo heads, a remo coated dot snare head, and an intermediate zildian cymbal pack. This made them sound at least 10 times better, and this is coming from a 200-dollar drum kit. You really can't beat that. I've played it live a lot of times and I always get compliments on it.

pretty good i've played a lot of different sets and this is one of the highlights.
