I use to own this snare about a year ago until i traded it in for the 13x7 pork pie. The reason was that I was looking for more body in the snare but I digress. This snare is amazing with rimshots cranked up high. If you are looking for a side snare or are strapped for cash in buying a new main.. Look no futher.

Man! this snare drum is by far the best snare drum i have ever played. i like the little squeeler for its "POWER" and how loud you can play it. i express my self so much more when i play this drum... straight up awesome!!!

This drum is amazing. it is only 12 inches but louder than any other snare i've played (besides marching snares). it has a nice crisp, clean CRACK. it dose ring a little but put some moon gel dampeners on it and it will be a nice addition to any drum set.

This little 12" snare is a MONSTER! I recently recorded my friends band (You Look Better Dead) and the only thing remotely pro on their drummers set was this snare and it shows in the recordings! It has that distinct maple "crack" that a snare should for rock or metal and nothing drowns it out! Buy it, it is worth well more than it costs!

I got this snare last year and it is completely amazing. I cranked it as tight as it goes and it is amazing. I used it when I recorded with my band. It sounds amazing on the cd and even better live. Buy this snare.
