Roland quality for way less

I've played these for about five or six years now. In short, they are great for quiet practice, look sharp for live settings, and respond just as good as rolands. I've played both and cannot tell the difference, but Pintechs cost way less. I would recommend a Roland module to go with them.

Best Bang For Buck

If you are into recording or want to play as loud or as soft as you want in a church, small venue or livingroom these are the way to go. I've owned a full set of these for about 6 years now and still won't part with them. I'm using a combination of the Roland trigger to midi modules and a DM5 with 'em. The only thing I don't like is the less than robust mounting clamp but I think they have made it better since I bought mine.

I've owned and used these pads with an Alesis DMPro, for so many years ... they are invaluable to me !!! That includes home, studio and on the road. I LOVE THEM ! I also use a Spud-20 (GREAT), and of course the acoustics as well. Don't forget to have good amplification !!!

Hi purchased their ejam kit (roland brian). Mesh heads work great right of of the box, killer sound and sensitivity. Very responsive. I am so happy I did not spend thousands more on any of the roland heads. Buy Pintech you will be glad you did!

great product - outstanding service

i have had these drums on the road for over ten years, and they have held up and performed perfectly. i like the metal body construction of the drums better than the plastic body of the rolands.and the performance and response is exactly the same. not to mention at about one third the price of roland pads.the people at pintech are the ones that really make the difference, they have answered questions on the phone, and replaced one of my triggers in about two days time. try to get that kind of service anywhere else.if you are serious about electronic drums, these are the ones you should give a try.
