I just picked up this crash today and I was in love with it. It has a beautifull high picthed sound that is just brilliant. It looks amazing with all of the hammer marks. I am very satisfied with this crash.

I got this Cymbal, and was incredibly disappointed. It sounds like a 14" cymbal, so its kinda high pitched and has a short decay, like a splash. This cymbal sounds like a cheap cymbal, which really bothers me. It does have a good sticking sound, like if you use it as a ride, but the problem is that it is too small to have a god sound as a ride. I will probably return this cymbal in a few days.

Great cymbal. It cuts yet is very dynamic, VERY sturdy considering its weigth and size (I own the 16" version). I use thise live in church services as well as the metal gigs and all in between. It has held up really nice to everything. Can't beat the price for this quality. If only the made a 17" & 19" version...

I own the 14" medium crash and the 16" Medium crash. They can project and they are silvery and washy with a little meat to them. If you are on the fence about your next crash, get one of these, you won't be disappointed. I recently bought the 16 inch crash, and the paiste alpha medium 14 inch hi-hats, and they both sound amazing together, the crash though, has such a beautiful tone, its great for accents and harder hits. its roll especially sounds wonderful. i used to have the old paiste 18 inch crash, and this is a great inprovement. go for this!
