Great beginner set.

I bought this set as a complete beginner with the B8 super pack. I am into heavy rock such as underOATH, Job for a Cowboy, Protest the Hero, Between the Buried and Me, The Number Twelve Looks Like You..need I go on? The 24" bass drum is great. The set comes with a muffler pillow that you can attach to the backside of your batter head for a great sounding bass drum. You're going to need new batter heads, but I am dealing fine with stock resonance heads. Personally, if I could do it over again, I'd get a 22" kick and smaller toms, but this is a great kit overall.
