Best cymbal ever! Worth the money. Sound is great.

I've been through, literally, well over twenty rides in the past few months trying to find a versatile, all purpose ride.  None met my expectations until now!  I was dissapointed with every ride with the exception of maybe two out of close to thirty.  This baby is the absolute best sounding ride I've heard in my life....finally! This ride actually exceeded my expectations which is a first...it has a nice mild ping, with a great spread/wash, nice crash, and a great bell and overall just a superb unmatched playability.  I compared this ride to many from Zildjian, Paiste , Sabian, Istanbul, Bosphorus, and more.  This wins hands down. Every ride I tried had something about it I liked and that's why I bought it, but there was also something about every ride that I didn't like and that's why I sold it.  This Meinl Byzance 20" Traditional Heavy ain't goin' anywhere but with me wherever I'm playing.  DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS RIDE! TRUST ME!

I have the 22" heavy ride, simply amazing. I also bought a 20 inch byzance medium crash, a 20 inch mb20 heavy crash and 13 inch byzance medium sound wave hats. Those together would be nothing without this extremely powerful ride. The bell isnt exactly the loudest bell out there, however it still works to my expectations. GREAT ride.
