I've played this extensively, and it looks and sounds great. Like a lot of stainless steel snares, it has a great crack, but this one is also quite warm. The Remo Fiberskyn head sounds good but a little thick. I will try out an Emperor or Ambassador on it for more sensitivity, plus I like a textured head on the snare. Mine is on order. Great value.
