This is a great drum set. If you are looking for a new set you HAVE to check out this one! I haven't had any problems with it except the hi-hat stand got broke after a gig. I've gigged quite a bit with these and they have never failed me. I would just replace the heads and get some dampening rings on it. The stands are all VERY good and sturdy. I'm not sure how i managed to break the hi-hat stand. These drums get some of the best tone I have ever heard. I've played a ton and for this price range these are definitely the best!

I won this drumset in a contest online. It arrived at my door and as soon as I saw it I opened it. This set is sweet the hardware is quality. The only thing is that i did'nt get any stands like you are getting here. Oh well I will just have to get some good ones and a good pedal. But it is definatlly worth the price any day of the week. The toms are a nice size. The snare is very thin but nice for doing jazz or alternitive. The bass is nice and deep gets a good sound out of it if you have it tuned well.

This is a pretty sweeet set. I have the wine red power setup and it sounds really nice if you spend some money on studio rings or moon gels. I took some time to get them tuned just right and I'm glad I did. The stands are very sturdy and am suprised of the quality. I recently bought a pacific boom stand and the ludwigs are by far a lot better. This set is sweet. The only problem I had so far is the throw off on the snare that is hard to lock and very difficult to adjust the tension. I had it changed ( under warrenty )and so far so good. If your looking for a set, make sure you check out this one too.

THis drum set is a very good set for beginners and pros. I got this kit today and ive only been playing on it for a littler bit and its awesome. Ive been playin on my dads sonar kit and this is almost as good as the sonar kit. i hav to say this kit does need some new heads but it still sounds good out of the box. This is an awesome kit!

I just ordered this set after a few months of comparing different sets from different manufacturers. I checked out Tama, Pearl, Gretch Taye Yamaha and other Ludwig sets in this price range & this set was the one! The drums are easy to tune, the extra two lugs on the bass & snare make all the difference. The suspended mounts on the toms are great & the poly-ball mounting system is the best. They have remo heads & excellent hardware as well! Don't pass this one up!!
