Zildjian ZBT 3-Piece Starter Cymbal Set
Sound grooves and round hammer strikes in a simple circular pattern on the top surface of ZBT cymbals magnify the basic sound of the distinctive ZBT alloy. A special Zildjian cymbal pack includes an 18" crash ride and a pair of 13" hi-hats. ZBT Series hi-hats produce a sharp and focused sound with an excellent, bright chick sound. The ZBT crash ride produces a cutting ride sound with good crash qualities.

The sheet origin and lathing techniques create high-volume projection that speaks quickly and brightly when struck and decays rapidly. Superb all-purpose ride cymbal. Excellent, clean stick articulation with controlled overtones. The Ludwig Accent Kit is a great set for such an awesome price. All that I had to do was replace the stock heads with some Remos and it made the drums sound like I had paid least twice the price that they actually were. The cymbals are alright, I'll get new ones eventually, but they definitely work for now.

I have this kit w/out the zildjians and it blew my mind. Good sound for the price. Ludwig is a legend. Get this kit for a beginner, Performer, any drummer with the need for a kit

I've had this set of drums for 5 years now, and the only reason I still have them is because i can't afford a new set. The stock heads are junk as expected. The cymbals sound dysmal in my opinion. But the real problems are: The bearing edges in EVERY DRUM had defects, ranging from chips, splinters to gouges. The bass drum's hoop on the batter side was so warped i had to buy a new one. The mount for the 12 in tom fell apart, so i put it back together with loctite. In my opinion, no drumset it worth the slightest penny if it has defects on the bearing edge. Overall i'm very dissapointed and will never buy a ludwig product again.
